Is it secure?

Yes. Has Tickets uses 128-bit encryption technology on our servers to ensure safe & secure transactions. Also, we do not store any credit card data on our servers, EVER!

Can i sell tickets without a merchant account?

Yes. You can use our merchant account for a fee. If you would like to setup your own, we can help you with that also.

What are the fees?

We charge $2.00 per ticket. If you use our Merchant account, a 3% fee will be added to the total of each ticket. For example, if you sell a ticket that has a $25 value, you would be charged $2.81 ($2.00 for the ticket fee & $.81 for merchant fees). Remember, you set what you charge your customers. You can choose to pass on all the fees to the customer, subsidize a portion, or cover it all.

How do I get funds?

Funds are deposited directly into the checking account of your choice. If you choose to use our merchant account, we will hold the funds for up to 31 days, and then cut you a check for all funds received.

Can we use our own website to sell tickets?

Yes. We can use your existing website design to create your Has Tickets page and subdomain. (example - yourvenue.hastickets.com)

Can I have multiple ticket types?

Yes. Sometimes an event will have multiple ticket types. Adult, Child, Senior, VIP, etc. The choices are endless! You create, and have total control over your ticket types.

Can I use discount / promotion codes?

Yes. Has Tickets supports the use of discount codes. You can offer a dollar amount off, percentage off, or buy X get X. Discount codes are created by you, and remain specific to your location and events.

Can I see real-time ticket sales?

Yes. You can log-in at any time and see a quick Ticket Sales Snapshot, or dive deeper into ticket sales data by using our robust Reports tool.

How many tickets can I sell per event?

Unlimited. There is never a limit to the amount of tickets you can sell for an event.

Can I sell reserved seating tickets?

Currently we do not offer reserved seating ticket options. Coming soon!

How will my customers receive their tickets?

Although E-Tickets (print-at-home) is the easiest and most convenient way for customers to receive their tickets, you can also setup your events to have the tickets mailed out, picked up by your customer, or as simple as adding them to the Has Tickets generated guest list.

Can I take orders over the phone?

Yes. Has Tickets offers a box office solution. You can take a call, receive a fax or mail order, and enter the order for your customer. They will then receive the ticket based on the delivery method you choose.

Is there a minimum amount of tickets I have to sell?

No. There is never a minimum amount of tickets you have to sell. Has Tickets caters to all sizes of establishments.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You are free to stop using Has Tickets anytime you would like. We will do everything we can to keep you happy and using our ticketing system.

How do I promote my event?

You can easily copy and paste a link to your list of events or a specific event. You can also use the easy Add to Facebook link.

How are tickets redeemed?

Tickets are redeemed using either a 1D barcode scanner, or a 2D barcode imager. Both work on our system.

How long until my account is activated?

After receiving all the necessary information, we will have you up and running within a few days.

Can I run reports for the events?

Yes. Has Tickets offers a robust real-time reporting system.

How does your system combat ticket fraud?

All tickets are unique and can only be scanned once. If someone trys to photocopy a ticket and redeem it, they will be rejected by the Has Tickets system at the point of entry. You never has to worry about duplicate tickets again!

What happens if a customer loses their ticket?

The customer can log back into the system and re-print their ticket. If they arrive to the event without it, and depending on your policy, you can look-up the ticket for the customer, and redeem it on the spot.

Can I sell tickets at multiple locations?

Yes. The Has Ticket system is setup to allow unlimited locations. If you own multiple locations, you will be able to manage them all from one log-in. Our system can handle multiple venues within a location also. (example - East Stage, West Stage, Upstairs, ect..)
